Very sorry Kyra, that does not sound fun at all. Referral to GI specialist, having a scope done sound like the best steps to hopefully find answers. I sure hope you feel better soon :/

Sorry to hear that Kyra!!

If you can, I'd definitely get a second opinion as well. I used to think it was just a waste of time and money, but I've had several friends with mystery issues that were misdiagnosed initially.

If several doctors can't find anything at all, you might want to try some sort of restricted diet? I have a friend that couldn't hardly move for almost 5 years even with tons of dr. visits, and he went on a juicing diet to see if it was some sort of weird food reaction (mostly just to be able to rule it out), and he ended up fully recovering because it was indeed a food thing. Not saying that that's normal, but it's worth trying if nothing else is helping :\

Totally agree with Foxx. I had to keep a food diary for the longest time. Foods can trigger strange reactions in your guts and gut bacteria, and it might help you find a correlation between really bad days and foods that you need to avoid.

Ooh no! Sorry to heal that Talia... That sounds horrible.

Oh Song, sorry to hear that your hubby is in my boat with not knowing what the issue is.

Yes, scope was mentioned as well as a food diet. Went to a doctor that is affiliated with mine. She not convinced its a UTI either, but trying a new antibiotic that reaches farther in my body than the others. As well as a referral to a Urologist and a ultrasound for kidneys and bladder. So I have the ultra sound may 2nd, wanted it closer but that was the closest date available. See my family doctor on May 11.

Thanks for your concern. I just want to go back to having energy, no pain or nausea.

I don't have solid experience or advice to offer, but I hope all goes well with the upcoming appointments, Kyra, and that you're able to feel better soon <3

Kyra, do you take any medications? I have a coworker who suddenly stoped being about to eat without being in incredible pain only to find out the issue was caused by her asthma medication.
