Totally agree with Foxx. I had to keep a food diary for the longest time. Foods can trigger strange reactions in your guts and gut bacteria, and it might help you find a correlation between really bad days and foods that you need to avoid.

I don't know if they've already done a scope for you, but you may want to consider asking for one so they can see if they can get to the root of the issue...
