Those mystery symptom things are the worst. Starting in July I would get this kind of tightness in my throat which doesn't affect my ability to swallow, it's just a sensation, that then works it's way down into my chest and then radiates around into my back and can increase until it is quite painful...

I totally get what you're saying, real life doesn't knock on the door and ask politely if it can walk it, in just breaks the door down and demands attention.
