Kyra, that's awesome!!! And you know, that's the third time I've heard of an elimination diet finding a problem nobody else could find... maybe that should be the first thing I suggest from now on ^^ I'm so glad things are looking up!!
SunBlind, that's terrifying!! I hope you can find out what's going on, I've heard of stress or other purely mental things triggering all sorts of muscle reactions etc, but you might want to see a specialist, if only to see if they have some techniques to help? I can't imagine feeling like you described for 6 hours

I know this is not at all the same, but I used to get horrible leg cramps and someone showed me a really simple stretch to do at the very beginning of the cramp that took about 20 seconds and made it vanish, and after I started doing that they have become less and less frequent.
How is everyone's early holiday season going? Mine is making an already-crazy year even crazier, but I'm kind of happy that it's a positive crazy for once ^^
