Forum Contest- Theme?

Foxxfyre has enlisted my help in mod chat, in trying to figure out the theme for the next Serian to be given away via a forum contest. In order to get started on the outline, as we plot what the contest will actually BE, we'd like your input as to what you'd like as a theme for the Serian-to-be . To my knowledge, anything goes. Fruits, the 80s (hairmetal pony ftw XD), seasons, desserts, jewels, angelic/demonic, etc, etc.

So, what interesting themes would you enjoy seeing come to life through Foxx's creativity, and onto a Serian?

Umm ideas... I would love to see serian who represents the ocean. Like it has to do something with shells, or whales, or coral!^^ I think it would be neat.

Serians based on the equinox and solstices would be cool. So Spring and Fall Equinox and Summer and Winter Solstice.

Those are a few ideas that come to mind currently.

One is not sure how many Serians are even in existence, but some ideas do come to mind.

Elemental Serians (i.e. Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, Lightning, Ice, Light, Dark, etc)

Opposites (i.e. Yin-Yang, Good-Evil, Light-Dark) One is sure that there are more examples of opposites, but One is drawing a blank at the moment.

Maybe colors of the Rainbow. Yea, One knows that was lame. One will try to come up with better ideas.

Myths.

There are a few with wings, a few with uni horns, a few with both (who have managed to capture, cage and tame my heart) and along that line, it seems more myth critters would be neat. There's a few who are part fish, a few who are part cat. Some seem to have some sort of hints at dragons in them.

There's a whole plethora of mythical creatures, from the dryad to the pixie to the ogre and sirens. From sylphs to phoenixes, there's all kinds of things that could be integrated. There's a creature that in some foreign folklore is said to live in people's dreams, causing nightmares as they wish, and others who speak of pure elemental Spirits - along that vein, the Serian would be Made of water, or of mist, or of lightning.

Myth, magic and might, that's my idea.

One thinks Songhue is easily excitable.

One wants to add Gods. There are so many. Greek Gods. Egyptian Gods. Persian Gods. Indian Gods (Spirits). One could go on indefinitely.

I second songhue's ideas... myth sounds amazing! All kinds of myth... ^^
